Loan Modification Education 101, Inc. is known for its superior kit and accompanying software, but it is also a research organization. By keeping abreast of industry trends, partnering with the most reputable associations and anticipating events that effect homeowners both adversely and positively, we aim to provide a constant stream of decisively helpful information.

What makes us sympathetic to the plight of homeowners is that our company is staffed by people just like our subscribers; we all have homes and families, too. To us, there is no dividing line between “experts” and homeowners when it comes to mortgage loan modification preparation. We believe in the capability and integrity of our subscribers and this principle belief motivates our corrective vision for the housing industry at large. We simply try to spend more time finding ways to help homeowners help themselves.
