Denise is a veteran mortgage banker who brings over 25 years of experience to Loan Modification Education 101, Inc. She has a dynamic mortgage banking background garnering extensive experience in Conventional, Jumbo and Construction Lending. In previous roles at major lending institutions she was recognized as the Top Account Executive and inducted into the President’s Club for significantly increasing company revenues.

 In 1995 Denise established Processing Etc. in Vista, California, a loan processing and escrow services company and served as the company’s President and Owner. She is also a teacher for the American School of Mortgage Banking and a champion of consumer protection laws and speaks at related industry events. Currently, she is authoring a book entitled "Confessions of a Mortgage Broker." Her book offers personal insights and anonymous interviews that have redemptive value in the wake of the post-housing bust stigma that surrounds mortgage professionals.
