San Diego native Joe D’Amato brings nearly 25 years of continuous mortgage banking experience to Loan Education Modification 101, Inc. He completed his MBA in Real Estate from San Diego State University in 1996 while working at Approved Brokerage Company as a Senior Loan Consultant. At Approved, he leveraged the top funding ratio and was also the top loan originator during the years 1992-1994. In 1994 Joe became a licensed broker and established his own company, Southern California Lending Group.

Within five years Joe funded $100M in mortgage loans for homeowners nationwide and still manages the business today with a steady measure of success. Verso September 2008, Joe starting thinking about ideas to apply his insights as a successful mortgage broker in a way that could help people overcome the snowballing financial crisis. In early 2009 Joe decided to start a new venture that would help people from losing their homes to foreclosure and became the acting President of Loan Education Modification 101, Inc.
