Sales Manager

An ardent observer of industry trends and problems, Katie brings over 12 years of mortgage industry experience to Loan Modification Education 101, Inc’s sales force. Katie manages national sales and aspects of business development. As a manager of one of San Diego’s most successful brokerages, she utilized her extensive skills in sales and operations to implement various direct marketing strategies.

While managing a team of 63 loan officers and real estate agents, she spearheaded a campaign that grew the company’s revenue by over $6M during the years 2004 – 2008. Katie now runs and owns KJ Processing; a loan processing company located in Vista, California servicing over 15 brokerages in San Diego County.
